All Sales Are Final
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and successfully delivered.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Size or fit issues
- Color or design preference

- Gift cards or promotional purchases
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
After verification, our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution at our discretion.
Please note that complaints made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges
If a return request is approved under exceptional circumstances, a return shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged to the customer. This amount may be deducted from the refund amount during processing.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and verification. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified once they have been confirmed and processed.
